  A foreign student arriving for the first time must visit the university's passport and visa office (room A-111) within 2 days of arrival for migration registration, bringing:

  • Passport (original and copy) valid for at least 18 months
  • Migration card with the border-crossing stamp (original and copy)
  • Visa (for citizens of visa countries)
  • Two matte photos, 3.5×4.5 cm
  • Extract from the enrolment order (or the Ministry referral)

  The passport and visa office (A-111) helps foreign students obtain an invitation for a single-entry visa; it needs a copy of the passport's first page, valid for at least 18 months when the visa is opened. No invitations are issued for fully online programmes.
